WINTER SESSION 2025
Happy New Year!
Pre-Kindergarten Educational Services is excited to offer a fun and educational Winter session for all of our programs.
The upcoming session will include a variety of activities and lessons designed to help children learn and grow.
WHAT’S IN STORE
In January, we will be celebrating the New Year, including Chinese New Year. We will also be learning about Winter as we explore the unique characteristics of the Winter season. Children will have the opportunity to participate in fun and educational activities designed to enhance their understanding of the changing seasons in the world around them.
In February, we will be focusing on Love, Family, Friendship, and Kindness. Children will discover the importance of being compassionate, caring, and helpful towards others. When children learn about these concepts at a young age, they are more likely to develop strong social and emotional skills.
In March, we will be learning about Health and Nutrition, as well as Community Helpers. Children will learn about making healthy choices, how to care for their bodies, and how to develop healthy habits that will stay with them for life. Children will also strive to understand their community by learning about the different people who help make their community function. They will develop a sense of belonging and pride in their community while also understanding the importance of working together.
We also have some special visitors scheduled for this session. Odyssey OSC programs will participate in a Soapstone Workshop put on by Teacher's Pet, as well as a super cool visit from Mad Science!
Passages Pre-Kindergarten and Quest Kinder Care will do Yoga with MindfuLittles, get active with Jumping Jellies, and explore Science with a Bubbling Potions workshop!
